Once we have an understanding of your needs and financial considerations, we will provide you with our online tools that allow you to see homes as they come on the market in real time. The Evergreen Realty Team has extensive experience in the local area, both as real estate professionals and longtime residents, with knowledge of neighborhoods, recent pricing trends, and area amenities.
Once there is a home that you want to see in person, we will facilitate a viewing as soon as possible based on your schedule. We understand that the market moves fast, and we strive to put you in the best position possible. We will ensure that you get all the pertinent details of the homes of interest so that you can make the most informed choice.
Making and Negotiating an Offer
You have found the perfect home! With the experience of numerous real estate transactions in many different markets and situations, we provide guidance as you navigate the offer to purchase and negotiation process. We will deliver the offer and subsequent negotiations to get you the home that you want on the best terms possible for you.
Your offer is accepted! We protect your interests by recommending that you do the due diligence of a home inspection and radon testing. We offer guidance on interpreting the results of these assessments; a negative finding does not have to represent a setback. We will ensure that the process to closing is smooth, working with our trusted financial and legal professionals.
