Susan Getz
Susan Getz of Princeton has been an active sales agent at Evergreen Realty in Sterling since 2008. She has been an active Realtor since 2005, and is a member of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Susan received her BS in Education from Lesley University and is a former teacher at the Eagle Hill School in Hardwick. She was actively involved with homeschool groups as she home-school her four children for twelve years. Susan and her family have been residents of Princeton for ten years, where they restored an historic 1790 farm house set on 11 acres of land. She enjoys gardening, raising chickens and other animals, loves country life, and community service.
In 2009 Susan earned her GREEN designation and is passionate about educating clients in sustainable, energy efficient options. Her experience in historic restoration offers a great service to her clients by giving her the ability to visualize home improvements, renovations, and retrofitting homes with newer energy-efficient options. Susan is currently awaiting her ABR (accredited buyer representative) and is always excited to work with buyer-clients.
Responsible land development, renewable, sustainable energy, antique homes, reproduction building are areas of special interest to Susan. In her free time, she enjoys daily work-outs, kayaking, hiking and reading.
