Susan Getz
Evergreen Realty is pleased to announce that Susan Getz of Princeton has joined the Evergreen Realty in Sterling as a Realtor Associate. Susan has been an active Realtor since 2005, and she is a member of the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Susan received her BS in Education from Lesley University and is a former teacher at the Eagle Hill School in Hardwick. She has been excited to have the opportunity to home school her four children. Susan and her family have been residents of Princeton for nine years, where they have restored an historic 1790 farm house set on 11 acres of land. She enjoys gardening, raising chickens and other animals, loves country life, and community service.
Susan participates in many education courses for her real estate profession, and she is passionate about helping first time home buyers find their dream homes with the $8,000 tax credit and $7,500 down payment assistance. Her historical restoration experience offers a great service to her clients by giving her the ability to visualize home improvements and renovations.
Responsible land development, renewable, sustainable energy, antique homes, reproduction building are areas of special interest to Susan. In her free time, she enjoys daily work-outs, kayaking, hiking and reading.
