Merrifield in 1830, the lumber from this mill was used to build a lot of the homes you see and love today. Grist and saw mills were also found in the Princeton area around the 1700's.

Mount Wachusett is the most physically illustrious trait of Princeton. It is the highest mountain in Massachusetts, east of the Connecticut River.
